Throughout my childhood in Thailand, I always enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with my mum, helping her to prepare our favourite foods and treats. My mum loved to cook for us all and this inspired me to keep these traditional recipes and those precious memories alive, whilst cooking for my family and friends here in Purton. 

 

This wonderful village is now like my second home and opening the Purton Thai takeaway allows me to share the real taste of Thailand.
